Josh holds a degree in mechanical engineering and after spending some years working in the mechanical space, gained an interest in transportation engineering.  He brings a strong experience in AutoCAD and is now applying that on transportation Engineering projects to prepare vehicle tracking assessments and engineering concepts/detailed design plans.  Josh is thrilled to be part of flow family and contribute his expertise and valuable insights on various projects for our clients.
