Elisa is a Transportation Engineer at Flow and has 4 years’ experience in the transport sector. She has worked on numerous developments and masterplanning ranging from residential, schools and shopping centres, as well as Private Plan Changes. She is proficient in preparing Traffic Impact Assessments according to Unitary Plan standards. Her involvement include traffic generation assessment, vehicle swept path analysis using Autotrack, traffic modelling and providing design advice. She has been involved in a number of design work using AutoCAD to produce designs from concept stage through to developed design for cycleways, intersection improvements and public transport infrastructure. She has undertaken audits for Metlifecare retirement villages, with a focus on non-motorised users and making it safe and more attractive for pedestrians. Other key projects include Auckland City Mission’s new Homeground, Tauranga Crossing mall, zebra crossing audits and design of new bus stops on Coatesville-Riverhead Highway.
