Nerissa is a Technical Director and Chartered Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience in transport planning and traffic engineering across New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and the UK.

She has led transport planning on major initiatives, including the Northland Corridor Road of National Significance and the Transport Recovery East Coast project. As a recognised Traffic Expert, Nerissa has presented expert evidence before the Environment Court of New Zealand, playing a key role in securing approvals for significant infrastructure projects.
