Avondale town centre is being revitalised by Auckland Council, with and construction currently underway for a new library, community hub and town plaza.

Flow has been part of the project team since 2023, providing inputs into the design of the on-site accessways, and improvements to the public parking layout outside the site on Great North Road. Flow prepared a Transport Assessment Report for the Resource Consent application, prepared Detailed Design plans for the new car park which included producing a traffic signs and markings plan. Flow worked closely with the landscape architects and civil engineers to get the Engineering Approval for the project. The new library building achieved a 5-star Green Star Design and is scheduled for completion in 2027.
