"This paper examines the planning and transport situation in Auckland, summarises the contents of the ARTA ITA guidelines, outlines the availability of traffic or transport guidelines through Australia and identifies common ground and inconsistencies across the various regions." Links to the full paper and to other papers presented by Flow staff are available here. |
