North Shore City Strategic Corridor Study

Flow project managed the North Shore City Strategic Corridor Study, which brought together a variety of stakeholders including various disciplines from North Shore City Council, transport planners and land use planners.

The project included significant research into the topic of context sensitive design for roading corridors, with the resulting document providing a future vision of transport and land use vision for all the strategic transport corridors on the North Shore.

This vision was the result of an integrated planning approach that included transport, land use, social, community, recreational, stormwater, waste water and economic objectives and goals for the corridor. The document also included a process to implement Corridor Management Plans, as well as a toolbox of design guidelines and standards.
