Flow has been providing advice to the Christchurch Earthquake Recovery Authority (CERA) since early 2012. In March we undertook a review of the transport components of Christchurch City Council’s draft Central City Plan (December 2011), including consideration of the need for some of those components and identification of the key risks.
More recently we have provided a review of the work supporting the transport chapter being developed to supplement the Central Recovery Plan, which was prepared by CERA’s Christchurch Central Development Unit and released in July 2012. Again our role has been to consider the need for and effects of some of the transport components, to identify the key risks, and to consider the extent to which this chapter supports the overall Blueprint.
