Terry is an Associate at Flow Transportation Specialists Limited. He has over eleven years experience in transport planning, modelling and economic evaluations in the United Kingdom and New Zealand. His work in New Zealand has involved the project management of traffic and transportation project for central government agencies, local authorities and private developers.
Terry has vast experience in the management and completion of transport related projects, including the preparation and independent peer review of Integrated Transport Assessments for resource consent applications. Associated with this role is Terry’s experience in attending expert caucusing, mediations and the preparation and presentation of expert evidence.
In relation to traffic assessments, Terry has extensive experience in using a variety of traffic modelling suites including SATURN, S-Paramics and TranSyt for assessing regional and local roading projects which also encompasses completing full procedure economic evaluations in accordance with the NZTA EEM.
Terry is actively meeting and providing guidance to clients on matters related to specific transport projects.
