Sandy is a Senior Transportation Engineer at Flow Transportation Specialists Ltd. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from the University of Auckland, and has over nine years traffic engineering and transportation planning experience in New Zealand, Canada and the United Kingdom.
Sandy has been involved in a wide variety of traffic and transportation projects while working for both the public and private sectors. She has extensive experience in the preparation and independent peer review of integrated transport assessments for both resource consent applications and district plan changes. Sandy also has extensive experience with a variety of traffic modelling suites, includingSIDRA Intersection and TRANSYT, for assessing proposed roading projects and also the potential impact of developments on the local road network. Her design experience includes the design of both priority and signalised intersections, along with parking, access, and circulation layouts for proposed developments.
